MODULES
CSST is designed in modular units so that you purchase only the portions of the software that fit the needs of your organization. CSST is flexible enough to meet the needs of small, single tasked departments as well as large, full service agencies. Additional modules may be added at anytime as your needs grow.
Modules include:
Basic client demographic information along with essential functions for managing family units, tracking income, housing, transportation needs, education, and health care are included in the CSST Base Product. Also included are tools for service delivery tracking and a scheduler, as well as the means for tracking basic agency information like programs, staff, volunteers, donations, and timesheets. Also included are individuals, companies and contacts of outside organizations like schools, hospitals, vendors, child care providers, and the like.

Training
We offer comprehensive training for all levels of your organization by experienced consultants, so that you can learn to get the most out of your CSST investment.

Technical Support
We offer Direct Phone Support for all CSST customers. Your issue will be handled by an experienced CSST applications engineer. In addition to CSST-specific issues we also offer services in computer networking, information security, telecommunications, and system hardware maintenance.
Maintenance
Due to the dynamic nature of regulations and funding requirements, we offer full maintenance contract services that provide your organization with frequent updates, software patches, upgrades, and technical support. We constantly make improvements to CSST based upon changes in regulations or reporting requirements, user feedback, and workflow/efficiency studies.
Regular maintenance is essential in order for your organization to realize the full advantages of this investment, and to stay current with changes in reporting and regulations.
Customization
CSST can be customized to fit the individual needs of your department or state agency. Our seasoned staff of software developers can modify or design solutions to meet any requirements that you may have to supplement CSST's base functionality, provide functionality not currently available in CSST, or to work with other software you may already be using.
Data Migration
We offer data translation services for migrating existing databases into CSST. These are undertaken on a case by case basis requiring a review and a description of the existing data structure, but under most circumstances all existing data can be moved into CSST.
